This credit reads "...Elsewhere in the project" and states providing exercise room and equipment. Is that in additional to the 7 or more items" or just included as additional options beyond staircase?

Hi Kate, To the best of my knowledge the additional features (exercise equipment or space) are included in the list, so you could meet the credit requirements by including 5 stair features and the two non-stair ones, or any other combination as long as they add up to 7 or more features out of the total 11 listed.
