If the project is using residential grade kitchen equipment (this is for a licensed Nursing Home) - therefore we do not have a food waste disposer systems or pulpers, extractors, etc. Would we be ineligible for this credit?? Or since we do not have these items would we achieve the credit…

Thomas, you would be ineligible for the credit. The same is true for projects that don't have the other systems in differnet parts of credit 4, e.g. cooling towers.
