Site Assessment- Design Phase?

I looked in the "credit specific" but couldn't find if this credit can be submitted during the construction phase? I will appreciate your help and from your experience with this credit Thanks

Hi Adi, Yes, it can. However, keep in mind that the point of the assessment is to analyze site conditions before design in order to evaluate project options and inform related decisions about site design. The earlier, the better.

In our case, we submitted in the Design Phase because all of the site analysis was completed up-front. Please remember to submit the credit registration, credit survey, LEED User registration, and evidence of participation on the PC forum sites.
