ND-v2009 PIf2:Project Timeline

major change in project boundary

Our project is contemplating LEED ND certification. The developer wants to keep his options open towards a potential sale of part of the project to another developer. When that happens the project boundary could change drastically. Is a drastic change in project boundary allowed between one stage and another?

Emmanuel, a drastic change could be a problem if important original features are excluded or new ones are added that substantively change project parameters. If it's a wholesale change you're probably looking at a new project. Eliot
