LEED Platinum Maintenance

Other than sharing the monthly energy bills, is there annual reporting / audits that are required to maintain platinum status?

Just do what you said you would do. If you submitted an M&V Plan, Implement it for example. There are some other credits that cross into operations so be sure to follow through with those commitments.

Thanks Marcus. For M & V, does LEED require to submit 1 year worth of energy data and actual savings and corrective measures taken?

That depends on which option you said you would do for EAc5. Option 3 requires 5 years worth of energy data. Option 1 requires you to calibrate your energy model to a one year performance period in alignment with your M&V Plan.

Scroll up -- You can see this in the "bird's eye view" on this webpage.

And if you go to the forum page for EAc5 (M&V), you can also see Option 3 under EAc5 on that page's Bird's Eye View and probably also in the LEED User credit language section for EAc5. Some versions of the rating system / reference guide do not list it. Generally, what is on LEED User is up to date, so Option 3 as listed on the EAc5 forum page should be accurate.
