Jose - While the intent of this credit is to divert the material from the landfill, giving it to workers could be hard to document to the satisfaction of the reviewers. If you were donating to an entity, you would get a receipt or letter from them but I don’t really have any good suggestions for how to deal with individuals. Whatever you chose to use, I would caution you that it might be hard to prove that the materials stayed out of the landfill - especially if it is how you are treating the majority of the waste.
