CS-2009 IEQp1:Minimum IAQ Performance

Ozonation for Lift Lobby Area

The consultant has proposed an Ozonation System (IAQ Management System) for Lift Lobby area. Can this be used in lieu of outdoor fresh air intakes either through operable windows or fresh air ducting. Can this be used for alternative compliance for IEQ Prerequisite:1

I'd venture that it wouldn't be accepted. Could depend on the exact purpose of the system though. Is it for air cleaning or oxygenating?

Purpose of the system is for oxygenating the lift lobby area. Will this be accepted? if yes, what would be best way to achieve compliance for Prerequisite?
