Is there any list of programs which can be used to demonstrate compliance with IEQ Cre 2 Option 2. Do you know if DesignBuilder can be used to show appropriate airflow rates? Or does it have to be a CFD modeling?

You can use an outside program or document, but that typically leads to additional scrutiny from the reviewers. I recommend that folks stick to using the forms or the supplied excel calculator.
