For testing fly ash to be used in concrete, for the 5 ppb limit, are there any sampling requirements? Is there a preferred method for testing to achieve this limit, either EPA Method 7471 or EPA method 1631, or could you please specify an ASTM test method preferred to qualify for this. We'd hate to do the testing and find that the method used was incorrect.

Andrea, I've not seen testing methodology discussed. I'd contact the GBCI and work with them. Since you are on the industry side, your company can be a big part of the solution.
