Our project has a mix of residential and commercial property - although there is a residential element as LEED for Homes is not applicable outside the US should we just assess the residential portion under LEED Homes criteria and submit the details for water and energy etc. The LEED ND template asks for details on "NEW SINGLE-FAMILY AND MULTIFAMILY BUILDINGS 3 STORIES OR LESS" however this references LEED for Homes which wouldn't be applicable. If so is there a water calculation tool readily available I havent found one on the USGBCs website. many thanks

Vivien, the reference to Homes is only as an equivalency, rather than a requirement to formally go through the Homes program. In other words, the phrase "that would earn 3 points under LEED for Homes" is meant as "theoretically earn."
