We are including a r&d / manufacturing space within our LEED project boundary that includes several pieces of testing equipment & support spaces which provide necessary conditions to complete the tests. Does the energy usage of this equipement and the mechanical systems that support such equipment need to be included in the energy model? Or can we seperate this equipment and model just the building as if the equipment is not there or may be removed at some point in the future? Thanks!
