We have a CS with five floors of tennant spaces (mechanical vent) and five appartment on the top floor that have operable windows for vent. Can we have each one of the appartments as zones? And, can we calculate applicable floor space as aggregate and also aggregate the window area? Or. do we have to do it on a room by room basis. Thanks, Charles Bell We had to provide AHJ with code requirements for the penthouse vent. Can that be provided as an exception? Thanks again.
