NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Same certification process with separated HVAC systems

Hi, I have a doubt on how to model the baseline HVAC system of a specific project, which consists of a 4-floor base building from which rise two tower with independent HVAC systems. According to the project's characteristics, the baseline building would be #8, for both towers. So, if both towers are under the same certification process, should I model the baseline HVAC system as one for both towers, or one for each tower, since they have independent HVAC systems? Thanks,

If you are treating the project as one building then model just one baseline system.
