Club Chairs in hallways for convenience

What about 2 chairs in a hallway? would this be a "multi occupant space" or excluded from the credit requirements? Here is a picture of the type of chairs and set up I'm describing http://www.classicdesignla.com/index.php#mi=2&pt=1&pi=10000&s=4&p=7&a=0&at=0 This credit is straight forward for offices but challenging for buildings with open floor plans or unique space types. A guidance document would be helpful. The more information the more fair the reviews will be. The IEQ space type matrix is a good start.

Hi Kathryn, The two chairs in the hallway do not need to be included in the calculations.
