Prop 65 and CDPH/EHLB Questions

If adhesives, sealants and primers are listed on Tables listed under Groups 2, 3 or 4 and they meet the California Department of Heath Services Standard, does this constitute compliance with Prop 65? Should these adhesives, sealants and primes also be listed in the applicable tables under Group 1? Does a GREENGUARD certificate for a product....depending on the level of certification, constitute compliance with California Department of Heath Services Standard and/or Prop 65? Testing is done in accordance to California Department of Public Health Standard Method for the Testing and Evaluation of Volatile Organic Chemical Emissions from Indoor Sources Using Environmental Chambers version 1.1 (CDPH/EHLB Standard Method v1.1). So products with a GREENGUARD certificate should meet the compliance requirements of Path 2 for Groups 2 and 3, correct? Does that also cover Prop 65 requirements? Just want to make sure I'm interpreting all the fine print correctly.
