No, however TAB is central to completion of the project and something we like to have completed before we start functional testing, and it is normally a good sign that the systems are ready to commission. That does not mean we always have a report until after they are done, but we often will be following the technician around a building, and cooperating when they need systems in certain states to complete their testing. During the design review, the TAB specification is reviewed to make sure the scope and rigor is correct for the project.
