Hey guys,
maybe you can help me understand my design review score!
Following situation: I have had a couple of credits "pending" after preliminary design review mostly because some prerequisites were not awarded. I made my clarifications and some updates and had all of the prerequisite credits awarded.
But in the design final review report the "untouched" credits still remain pending. Since the prerequisite is awarded you would think that the concerned credit should be awarded as well.
Why is that and how shall I deal with it?
Thanks for your answers!

Did you make sure to submit the linked credits when you resubmitted your clarifications to the prerequisites? (for example - make sure that both WEp1 and WEc3 were submitted for review even if you only uploaded clarifications/changes to WEp1). Reviewers can only comment on and update prerequisites/credits which are actually submitted for review. It sounds to me that you submitted the prerequisites but that the linked credits weren't actually submitted so reviewers couldn't update them. Since LOv3 lets you now select which credits get submitted in each phase, that's a pretty common occurrence.
You can try contacting GBCI to see if they can update them for you. My understanding, however, has been that they will generally just tell you to make sure to resubmit the linked credits during your next phase (in this case, Construction Preliminary). At that point, reviewers will see that the prerequisites were all awarded and will update the credits and points accordingly.

Thank you Kristina! That was my guess... but you never now.
