Our project got back the Final Design Review, but changes that affect one Awarded credit occurred during construction. Can we revise the previously Awarded credit calculations and submit this credit for a third review (Construction Preliminary) at no cost?

Yes, you are supposed to do so and there is no additional fee.

My project currently is in construction stage. What do I requires to do for any changes in awarded credit during Design Review?
Also, I have change in strategy for a denied credit in Design Review. Do I have to appeal or can I treat it as a new credit?

Just make sure that nothing changed during construction that would affect any of the design credits. If there are such changes you can resubmit the credit for one more review.
You have to appeal a denied credit.
