Can I to charge bicycle parking?

Hello everybody My client charging the car park entrance, and he would like to do a same for parking bicycles. I know that the showers should be available for free, but what about for the bike rack?

bike racks have to be free. see the last paragraph on page 51 of the reference guide: "spaces should be easily accessible by building occupants throughout the year, free of charge." also, the underlying intent of the credit is to encourage people to reduce auto use, so by charging for bike racks you would create a disincentive for people to commute by bike.
