Hi, We have a project where the Central Plant, consisting of a geothermal heat exchanger, is considered to provide energy to more buildings than the building seeking LEED certification. Could this be considered as a building using purchased heating and cooling from a district energy system and therefore to be handled according to Addenda ai?
