Dear All,
I want to model a school project with 3 unconditioned basement floors hosting a car park.
Do we really need to draw these spaces in the 3D model of the simulation, or can we just calculate the lighting power and the exhaust fan power and assume they are direct loads on the meter?
Logically, I don't think it's worth drawing these, but maybe LEED requires this, when it comes to "consistency" between the project area and the modelled area?
Thanks!

You do not have to create the space. Just model the loads. You will need to report the area of the garage and the rest of the building in the form to ensure consistency across credits.
