EUI for LEED projects

Please, I would like to know where I can find the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) factors for LEED projects, according to their climate zone (per ASHRAE) and their activity. I've found EUI data for projects in the US (http://cms.ashrae.biz/EUI/), but it is not separated in LEED and not LEED projects. My intention is to calculate the approximate energy consumption of a LEED project (Proposed) and then set a % of savings to get the Baseline consumption, so finally I can get the approximate amount of money a project can save annually. Thanks in advance.

Actually, I think I can do the opposite. I can use the EUI factors to calculate the Baseline Consumption and then set a percentage of savings to calculate the Proposed and finally get the energy savings in kWh and therefore I can get this amount in dollars. Actually, I proved it by doing that calculation to two projects which have energy modeling results and I got good results. Of course this is not an exact calculation at all, it's just to quantify an approximate amount of saving. Any suggestions/comments will be appreciated.
