Tenant Lease Agreement - Interior glare protection

Dear all, when assuming interior blinds to allow glare control in tenant spaces. Does the condition of installing blinds have to be included in the Tenant and Lease Agreement? Credit IEQc8.1 is not listed in Appendix 4 of the Reference Guide. Thanks for any kind of help.

If the owner is not providing them, then the requirement would fall to the tenant and have to be noted in the lease agreement to ensure the daylighting requirements are still met.

Does it apply for a CS v4?

Daniel, I have not seen anything that would say otherwise. So the answer would be yes.
