Heat Island Effect - Nonroof in a Zero-Lot Building

We are working in the renovation of a zero-lot building in a city center, so the building footprint occupies all the construction site, we don't have site hardscape. The building has no parking. Is there any way to qualify for this credit in this situation?

Hi Raquel, I do not believe you can qualify for this credit, because the project site is not meeting the intent of the credit.
