3D Printer and Laser Cutter

Hi,

Would a room containing a 3D Printer and Laser Cutter be considered a hazardous gas and chemical use area?

If you read the MSDS sheet on the filament for a Makerbot, it indicates that the fumes given off when heated our toxic.
