NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance

We are developing a project of air conditioning a building certified LEED NC 2.2 and wonder if all Fancoletes and fans small (about 200), should be interlidados in the building automation system (BMS).

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

I am not sure I understand your question. Is your question related to the control of small fans associated with a 90.1 mandatory provision?
All energy use within and associated with the project must be included in the energy model for EAp2.
