I want to clarify that ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G 2007 (sec 5.4, 6.4, 7.4, 8.4, 9.4 and 10.4 ) is applicable to Option-1 Whole building energy simulation for both EA Prerequisite 2 and EA Credit 1. Since under EAc1, the Table 1 is only showing section 5 for the building envelope, whereas section 5.4 is clearly written in the EAp2 option 1 requirements.

The mandatory provisions are applicable to EAp2. You cannot earn this prerequisite without compliance with them.
That should be "addenda" not agenda. Errata are simple corrections to the standard. Addenda are substantial changes to the standard. Addenda to 90.1-2007 can be used for LEED 2009 project despite this credit language.
