We are working on a core & shell project. Is there a minimum MEP system needed to use the Advanced Buildings Core Performance Guide option?

Hi, nay update about the above question? We are also interested in understanding what are the minimum MEP systems required to be within the C&S scope of work in order to certify the building? Waiting for a kind feedback.

Hey Fabio! As I recall Core Performance includes a wide variety of HVAC system options. Regarding minium MEP systems - I know some CS projects are cold dark shells. If there is no MEP it is possible to certify but getting enough points to do so is often a challenge.
