Consider a space, storage, with no heating, modelled with heating setpoint -50 degC, receives air from a central air handling unit VAV system, where the delivered air is pre-conditioned from Outdoor Temp -12 to delivery temp 15. The terminal damper at the zone is set as to deliver the minimum air, but is not programmed to adjust for heating or cooling purposes. In essance I'm left with a space that may be "accidentally" conditioned to a certain degree, but not to hold setpoint of say 20 degC. Per ASHRAE and per LEED, does this space qualifiy as a conditioned space? My gut tells me, no.
