Dear All, I am working on a project outside the US, where there are no local standards regarding ESC measures (the local codes are rather too general and do not address the requirements of this prerequisite). I understand that we have to do an ESC plan. However, do all projects need to produce a StormWater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)? What are the criteria to determine whether a SWPPP is required or not? Thanks!
