Chiller Efficiency: With Errata?

Hello everyone, The reference guide refers to ASHRAE 90.1-2007 with errata without addenda. Now the Minimum Chiller Efficiency for Water Chilling Packages changed. Original Table 6.8.1C: e.g. Water cooled, electrically operated positive displacement (reciprocating): COP 4.20. Addenda m says: as of 1/1/2010 ...must comply with positive displacement efficiency requirements => 4.509 Do I have to meet 4.2 or 4.5? I had in mind that some reviewer requested to use the added table, but can not find the according report. Regards Johannes
