LEED for Health Care or NC registration

is it mandatory for a health care facility to register under LEED HC rating system or can it choose to go with LEED NC?

Razan, It depends. If it is an inpatient facility, yes you must use HC. The rest is open to some interpretation. Tristan has created a Healthcare discussions under the 'LEED Credits' tab. You'll find more conversations there on this same subject. Susan
