Good day, i wonder what is the time that I can submit the M&V plan for credit 5.1. May I submit it when the construccion is finished with the rest of the credits for C&S certification or I need to wait a year to submit this credit. thanks

You do not need to wait a year. Submit this with the other construction credits. It is evaluated based on your plan, not the implementation of it.
