The fuel type used for providing cooling perhaps? Usually electricity but could be natural gas.

Hi Marcus, Thank you for your reply.. The projects uses Water Cooled Chillers and there is no natural gas utilized, Btu meters are in place to measure the chilled water consumption. Will this meet the credit requirement for submetering, or do we need to show submetering for any other application? Thanks Nandana

If pursuing case 1 you would also need an electric meter and probably a water meter as well. Case 2 is completely different.
