Yes, glulams should be included in IEQ 4.4 and should not contain added urea formaldehyde. That said, I was told by a contact at Wood Tech that no glulams contain urea formaldehyde, and that it hasn't been used in the industry in some time. Here's the link to their contact info: http://glulams.com/
