Schools-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
Following requirement is stated even in the LEED 2009 School Alternative compliances path for project outside the U.S.(July 2012) "The project must establish an energy performance rating goal for the facility design using EPA Target Finder rating tool" I have a project in Qatar,and it seems that EPA tool is ONLY design for project in US. Is it MUST to use this tool?
