Only LEED CS inside proj. boundary

Considering that we have 6 LEED CS-certified buildings inside project boundary. One LEED CS building will have LEED for Commercial Interiors in 75% of its area and is counted towards prerequisite achievement - GIBp1. Must the other 5 LEED CS buildings have 75% of their area under LEED for CI certification to get points under GIB credit 1 achievement? I assume that this 'rule' (75% CI for a CS) is applied only for prerequisite compliance, right?

Hi Karyn. The same rule applies to the credit, as listed in the credit requirements. If your project has a particular hardship with this requirement, please talk to your reviewer at GBCI about the specifics. Best, Meghan
