The FTE for hotels will be based on the # of employees, so check with the client for their estimated staff counts. Hotel guests are considered transients, and an occupancy rate of 60% of the rooms with 1.5 people per room is pretty typical. If you search for "hotel fte" in the search box above, you'll see several discussions under the water and site credits that may be helpful, too.
