Our project is an age and income restricted apartment building for low income seniors. The Pennsylvania state program under which we designed the project already mandated adaptability for handicap access throughout, far beyond code requirements for conventional apartments. We complied with all the requirements for this pilot credit already, so it was just a matter of fulfilling all of the submission requirements. The whole process worked very smoothly for us for this particular credit.
