Credit language does not state how many points you will get when you certify one single building under LEED rating systems. We would appreciate any clarification.

Alicia, under GIBc1 if your project has 10 or fewer buildings, then the last sentence of Option 1 provides one point for one certified building beyond the GIBp1-required building. Also, GIBc1 Option 2 is available to any project regardless of the number of buildings, but points are based on the percentage of total project floor area that's certified as shown in Table 1 of the credit.
