IEQ Pr1 & c2 - work code in France in place of ASHRAE

Hello, IEQ-p1: Work code is more stringent than ASHRAE, so we'll use work code air rate to justify prerequisite The question is: we want to obtain the IEQ-C2 increasing by 30% the air rate BUT on which base ? We also certificate the building with HQE in a very performant level which require work code + 30% (our baseline in the project design). Do we must apply the 30% increase relative to LEED to justifiy the IEQ-c2 on: - Work code as determine for IEQ_p1 --> work code + 30% - or HQE for project which already increase the work code debit to 30% I hope is clear :-) Thnaks in advance
