If a waste hauler servicing a building is offering comingled recycling off all office waste, including waste items that are non recyclable would the storage space on site still be required. Just like comingled construction debris all items go in a single container and are sorted off site at the haulers sort facility. Would a contract be required for a certain duration in order to qualify?

Nate: It seems clear that a project will have some collection/storage space even if comingled hauling is available. Inclusion, and explanation, of per-desk, breakroom, and shared services bins will most likely meet the prerequisites's intent.
It is important to also discuss the specifics for your project, including: expected volume your project will generate, why the collection area utilized is adequate in size, and details about the service (such as frequency of collection, acceptance of the five materials listed on the credit form as a minimum, and ease of accessibility to tenant's services as seen on a floor plan).
