LED Site Lighting

Seems like a no brainer - substituting LED light fixtures in our parking lot will cut energy consumption by 80%. This does not seem to be covered in other LEED credits. For example, in EAp2, ASHRAE excludes site lighting; and for SSc8.1, while they limit the lighting power density, it is no where near what a LED fixture will achieve. Anyone had experience submitting for an ID credit for this?

no, LED site lights do not get an ID credit as site lighting should be part of your energy use calculations.
