The SFI certainly seems to have a boat load of money to convince politicians how bad LEED is. Getting states to change regulations is not a low cost undertaking. If you try hard enough you might get lucky and bend the right ear, just the right way. It certainly doesn't help that several government agencies are opting out of LEED. That adds fuel to the fire the SFI is setting.
