I am wondering if anyone has had success submitting an ID credit in LEED NC 2009 for complying with the requirements of LEED EBOM 2009 MRc4 Reduced Mercury. I found a LEED Interpretation #5500 dated 7/22/2005 which references reduced mercury, however it applies to NC v2.1 and EBOM v2.0. It does not state that it also applies to NC 2009. If you have successfully implemented it, could you also provide information as to whether you only followed requirements for LEED EBOM 2009 MRc4 Reduced Mercury or if you also implemented other sustainable purchasing credits from EBOM as part of your ID credit documentation. I know with NC 2009 ID credits which relate to Green Cleaning that the LEED Interpretations suggest following requirements from multiple EBOM Green Cleaning Credits. Thought it might be similar with sustainable purchasing. Thanks in advance!
