CI-2009 EAc1.4:Optimize Energy Performance—Equipment and Appliances

EnergyStar for Server Equipment

We have an office building with some server rooms (around 40 kW). Is the server equiment excluded from energystar!? It is extremely difficult to find suppliers offering energystar rated datacenter equipment... The EU EnergyStar Product Database includes just small-scale servers (http://www.eu-energystar.org/en/database/?cmd=selectform;table=ce_desktopserver).

Only equipment that has an EnergyStar option is counted in the credit calculations, so just the small scale servers would be included.
