I am remembering hearing of an addendum, errata or CIR, clarifying that materials that undergo a chemical reaction DURING installation (e.g. epoxy flooring) should have a VOC content that corresponds to the installed product (and not as measured at the time of manufacture); but I am not finding any evidence. Has anyone else heard of this and know what it is, and what became of it? Many Thanks.
