NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Baseline for Data Center Building

Hello. The situation is that we formulate a baseline to simulate according to Standard 90.1-2007 Appendix G, as the building is applying for LEED certification. Then we intend to validate the process loads under some standard such as ASHRAE Datacom Series 2n edition, but we are not sure that is the correct reference. There a valid reference loads for this analysis process? Something like Energystar, ASHRAE, preset baseline maybe. or we must formulate our baseline with other method? Thanks.

What is the process load? A data center?

Yes, it´s a 70% DataCenter and the other 30% are office. We are thinking that the savings will be influenciated for high eficiency equipment in that Data Center more than other consumption. Then we need a reference to an appropriate beseline. I hope it explains a little better. Thanks.
