Greenhouse submeter part of landscape irrigation?

Our project has an irrigation submeter that covers approximately 75-80% of the irrigated landscape. It also has a submeter (separate from the main irrigation submeter) on a greenhouse that is part of the site. Could this greenhouse submetered area be counted as part of the metered irrigated landscape for the calculations on this credit?

If the water in the greenhouse is used exclusively for irrigation purposes, then yes, I believe you could make a case to include them in the metered totals for irrigation.
