NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
I have a 3 storey office building pursuing LEED NC. 2 of the 3 pavements are going to be occupied right after the construction, while the 3rd one will be occupied only 2 years later. There is no layout for this floor yet. When performig the simulation, we indicate that the 3rd pavement is an open space office or we have to design a possible layout for the simulation? Thank you!
